After many years of teaching fitness and yoga, I came to realize my passion is to create gentle yoga, fitness, and meditation programs that reduce pain and aid with regeneration.  When its treated right, the body has limitless potential to rejuvenate.

I’ve been teaching fitness and gentle yoga to beginners for over 25 years.  I’ve helped hundreds of clients learn gentle stretches and exercises that are appropriate for their needs.

Yoga and movement must help us to improve the health of our bodies in ways that are appropriate to our level and age.

Who Is Bountiful Yoga For?

I just listened to you and Ashley's talk, following allowing with your exercises, I can't tell you how amazing and relaxed it made me feel. I felt so relaxed, feeling intensely relaxed sensations through my body only felt before during acupuncture or orgasm. I felt them starting at the soles of my feet and slowly reaching up my legs towards my heart. I felt it radiating across my chest and entire abdomen. And with each breath the sensation grew stronger and steadier. It's been about 20 minutes and my body is shaking. I am amazed at how effective just breathing can be and I thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.
