I do this sequence of moves a few times a day….after a shower, before and after workouts, before bed…anytime I want my back to feel rejuvenated.
Its a quick sequence that you can do anytime, anywhere (err, almost anywhere, not in the plane seat and depending on how bold you are, you may or may not do it while waiting in line at the grocery store).
