All About the Spine

This video 2-pack is beneficial for spine health.

Video One, called Slow Spine, is a yoga practice done lying down and on the floor.  You get to decompress your spine while stretching and loosening tight muscles.

Video Two, Yoga to Energize the Spine, is a standing practice that flows from movement to movement to invigorate your back and improve digestion and move stagnant lymph.

These are complete practices that include deep breathing at the beginning and svasana (final relaxation) at the end.

Both practices will reduce back pain, improve flexibility, and release tightness and tension.

The internal organs of digestion and elimination also benefit from the movement and stretching.
