This is the introduction to a 45-minute Gentle Yoga video for people with limited mobility in their spines. This yoga practice is aimed at people who prefer to either remain standing or seated on a chair rather than getting up and down off the floor multiple times. There is no kneeling. No putting pressure on the wrists. Options are given for various levels of ability and mobility.
The practice will stretch and move the neck, shoulders, upper back, wrists, hips, and pelvis improving mobility, circulation, flexibility, and balance. It will increase energy levels and move lymph fluids.
